Parts manufacturing and structure fabrication

MOVILL Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing of vehicle parts, brake system components and customized machined parts.

While predominantly, the manufacturing takes place in the numerically controlled machining centres, the other more traditional machinery enables MOVILL to turn out small series and custom made parts.

The manufacturing operations, and the repair activities take place in the Csömör location in Budapest suburb. About 25 km East of the capital in the town of Gödöllő MOVILL Ltd has a heavy metal structure building shop. The related services include design, assembly and local installation of the structures.

Purchase and production of Desiro components

Our company regularly transports renewed, foreign sourced and self-made components for the SIEMENS Desiro multiple units in the stock of MÁV-Start Zrt.

Crushing equipment for removing undivided brake discs (friction discs)

We have developed a device with which the friction disc of railway brake discs can be removed without also having to remove the hub of the brake disc and the wheel from the axle.

Expansion of the cogwheel railway device with bicycle carrier places

The realization of the won project of BKV Zrt.’s procedure was started by our company at the beginning of 2015. By purchasing self-designed and self-manufactured components we reconstructed half of the cogwheel railway’s trailers, thus they are capable of carrying 18 bicycles per train carriage.
