As winners of certain tenders announced by BKV for the supply of parts required for the 8-yearly overhaul of Combino trams we have been supplying excellent quality OEM parts which conform to the technical standard of these vehicles since 2014.

As representative and distributor for LUKAS we have been supplying partial units and parts for complete re-railing equipment supplied by us to Hungarian Railways over the past 15 years.

A helpful supplement of the rerailing device is the dragging device developed by LUKAS, which allows the fast removal of those railway vehicles from the rail track which suffered undercart damage and also their transport to a repair workshop.

For train emergency vehicles we transport so-called Variosatz devices which consist of hydraulic pumps mounted to emergency vehicles, a foldable hydraulic control desk and an oil tank. 

As Hungarian representatives of the Swiss Kummler+Matter company we supply key partial units and parts for the Kummler+Matter catenary wire grid of the Budapest Transport Company, as winners of a tender.

The tram-trolley crossings on the Nagykörút of Budapest were renovated by K+M elements transported by us.

For the renovation of 1 and 3 tramlines of Budapest according to the specific needs of BKV we transported special section insulators in large quantities developed by K+M.

It is the third decade that Movill Kft. represents the Swiss company, Kummler+Matter in the Hungarian market. For the complete reconstruction of the tram infrastructure in the city of Miskolc, Movill delivered high-end section insulators, insulated oscillators and several cable suspensions.

In the case of fixed-rail vehicles the formation of ice on catenary wires in the winter months limits current absorption, which often makes it impossible to ensure the scheduled transport.
