At our plant we have electromechanics, air- and brake technology, and metal machining workshops available. We can satisfy the requirements of our clients in the areas of both conventional and prototype production.
Our products and mechanical engineering partial units are mostly produced on CNC machining equipment.
The main profile of our electromechanics workshop is the production, repair, and warranty control of heavy-current switchgear equipment and contacts. For tool manufacturing Movill offers both mechanical engineering and electrical parts and fulfilling more complex tasks that require a high level of professional qualifications.
In line with rigorous quality requirements, we possess an ORBIMATIC 160 orbital AWI circular welding machine, which performs welding tasks optimally, storing their details in a computer memory.
The plant furthermore houses metal structure, heavy-duty blacksmithing and hydraulics workshops. Movill produces supporting structures for the most diverse applications, as well as structural elements for vehicles.
In our heavy-duty blacksmithing workshop we produce various steel structural elements and structures, also offering design and on-site assembly.
