Purchase of renewed hydraulic sleepers exchange unit for BKV Zrt. for a rotary excavator
The hydraulic sleepers exchange unit purchased in 2015 is a multifunctional adapter for pulling out and building in the ballast bed, and for changing the sleepers. A two-way excavator or the prevailing carrier machine serves for taking up the sleepers exchange unit and for ensuring the hydraulic energy supply. The pulling out and building in of the sleepers is carried out by hydraulic bed-holder which can be rotated in 360° endless angles. The location and construction of the plier allows the secure and gentle pulling out, building in of every worldwide wooden and concrete beds. In order to increase the efficiency of the sleepers exchange unit the firmly mounted spoon segments were designed to a maximum volume. The digging depth of the unit can be changed as needed with the help of two adjustable rollers.
